The customer does not only give to the professional the assignment who wants to see realized both by quality and quantity, but relies on him to be represented and supported in his choices, in relationship with his suppliers dealing with projects and systems of even high value.
For this reason, from the professional point of view, receiving an assignment is an evident demonstration of trust.

Non si sceglie il progettista o il direttore dei lavori o il consulente tecnico solo per le sue abilità pratiche o solo per l'esperienza a trattare con interlocutori anche istituzionali; lo si fa anche e soprattutto, per la sua capacità di interpretare le necessità di società, aziende e persone che vivono e vivranno le realtà che si intendono progettare e realizzare.
Il committente non affida al professionista solo un incarico che vuole vedere realizzato in quaità e quantità ben definite, ma si affida a lui per essere rappresentato e affiancato nelle scelte, nel rapporto con fornitori di beni e servizi in progetti e sistemi anche di grande valore.
Per questo, da parte del professionista, ricevere un incarico è l'attestazione di un atto di fiducia che responsabilizza e che richiede il pieno impegno e l'esercizio delle proprie capacità, della propria correttezza e della propria diginità.
